Thank you for shopping with Adventure Nayte New Zealand. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Processing Times

All prints and products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During peak periods, processing times may be extended — we'll keep you informed.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary by destination:

  • New Zealand: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days after dispatch

These are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at adventurenayte@gmail.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
