We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Faulty Goods: If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair in accordance with the CGA.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" on photographic prints or merchandise.
